Cleaning your gear

Henry Holsters mag carriers, light carriers and holsters are made from a rugged, durable PVC/Acrylic alloy plastic called Boltaron. You can clean your gear with a variety of common household cleaners (or soap and water).

Be sure to thoroughly pat-dry your gear after cleaning. Soapy water may start to degrade your metal belt attachments if you leave it sitting.

Threadlocking hardware

Most of our products come with adjustable hardware so that you can customize the angle of belt attachments/clips, tightness of retention, etc.

Once you have figured out what settings work best for you we recommend using a hardware “threadlocking” compound (Vibra-Tite VC-3, or similar) to “lock” your hardware in place.

Note: most of the hardware in an Enigma Build will be pre-patched — there is no need to disassemble and apply threadlocker.

Hardware Block

We ship our holsters and light carriers with a small rubber “hardware assembly block”. This little block is intended to be used when making hardware adjustments to your gear. 

To use: lay the hardware block on a solid surface (table, desk, workbench) and set the back side of your “screw post” (the hardware that holds the screw) onto the block. Press firmly on your gear as you use a screwdriver or electric drill to loosen and remove the screw. 

You can also use the hardware block in the same fashion to re-tighten your hardware.

You may also be able to use the hardware block on screw posts that cannot be set against a solid surface (inside of holster shells). Simply apply pressure on the hardware block with your finger against the screw post and remove the screw.

All Henry Holsters are covered by a lifetime warranty. If a holster fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Damage resulting from intentional modification, misuse, or deliberate destruction is not covered under this warranty.

Lost hardware and belt attachments are not covered by the warranty. We recommend applying the included threadlocker (Vibra-Tite) to all hardware during installation to prevent loosening. Replacement hardware is available for purchase separately.

All Henry Holsters Enigma Builds are backed by a lifetime warranty. If your holster fails it will be repaired or replaced at no charge unless it appears to have been deliberately destroyed.

Items covered by warranty: Holster shell, Enigma faceplate, belt, leg leash, buckles, belt adapters.

Product Details

The laser cut belt adaptor offers forward or rearward cant adjustment. To angle the carrier, slightly loosen the four mounting screws, adjust the angle of the carrier, and re-tighten. For the MOLLE Bite version, you will need to remove the Molle Lok before you can access those four mounting screws.

The Belt Bite 2.0 and 2.5 have a numeral I cut into them. If the side with the I is against the carrier, you are in High Ride, if the I is away from the carrier, you are in the Low Ride position. To switch between these, remove the four mounting screws, switch which face of the attachment is against the carrier and replace the screws.
