The mag should be inserted with the rounds facing toward the folded edge of the carrier, not toward the retention screw.
If you intend to carry your spare mag AIWB, we recommend an extended length carrier like the Koala from Dark Star Gear.

The quality of the mag carrier is great but the design needs to be reworked. I find that with a G17 mag in the carrier there is not enough material below the belt line and the top of the mag leans out and prints. IMO by adding additional depth to the carrier it would act as a keel and keep this from happening. I might add a kydex extension strip to the mount and see if it improves.

Solid build quality and top notch belt clip. Good retention adjustment. Can actually fit either the stock mag (no tension on screw) or the s15 mag believe it or not.
Henry Holsters also has top notch customer service, I thought I had an issue and really it just turned out to be a surprise feature. Bob Ross calls those “Happy Accidents”.

S-15 fold over single mag pouch, awesome product great design great quality would highly recommend, the only problem I have is getting it off my belt when I put it to bed!! But that’s an excellent problem to have because I don’t have to worry about it not being there if I need it!! A++
