Henry Holsters FAQs
Made in Indiana since 2008, Henry Holsters are thermoformed plastic holsters that combine careful design work with robust materials and painstaking attention to detail. We use Boltaron 4332 sheet material for all our holsters, as we prefer the workability and feel of Boltaron over Kydex.

What is a "foldover" holster?
“Foldover” refers to the process of folding a formed sheet of molded plastic to create a complete holster shell. This process creates a durable, comfortable holster with just enough adjustability to fit perfectly.
Every single Henry Holster goes through a rigorous QC process and is test-fitted using an actual firearm (no slugs or Blue Guns) to ensure that the holster you get will perfectly fit your firearm.
What belt attachment should I use?
We offer a variety of attachment options to best fit your needs.
Soft Loops: are made out of Biothane Super-Flex webbing, assembled in-house with genuine Pull-the-Dot snaps. These versatile loops are adjustable to fit 1.5 to 2″ belts.
DCC Mod4: are thin, lightweight and extremely durable. These belt clips have a very aggressive grip which means they are sure to stay in place for all-day carry.
DCC Monoblock: Our mag carriers and Ember holster come with a single DCC Monoblock, a lightweight, durable, metal belt clip from Discreet Carry Concepts.
What is Boltaron/Kydex?
Boltaron is a fire retardant, extruded PVC/Acrylic alloy plastic offering extreme durability and chemical resistance. You can clean your Henry Holster using a variety of common household cleaners (or soap and water) and it will stand up to daily wear without degrading or cracking. We use Boltaron as a Kydex alternative because of the workability and feel we get from the material.
How to conceal carry?
There are a lot of great resources to help you figure out how best to conceal carry. We recommend the PHLster Basics of Conceal Carry. Also consider joining the PHLster Concealment Workshop on Facebook.
Concealment laws and restrictions vary from state to state. Please be aware of your local restrictions.
What is the warranty?
Henry Holsters products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. If your holster fails it will be repaired or replaced at no charge unless it appears to have been deliberately destroyed. So if you decide to cut your holster apart with a Dremel and then send it back, it won’t be covered.

Other Frequently Asked Questions
How long are the lead times?
Website orders normally ship within 72 hours (often faster). Please note, however, that this is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If you need to make a change to your order please reply to your order confirmation email with corrected details.
When do I pay?
At the time of order. Since we’re no longer doing custom work, you’re buying an off-the-shelf product that is in inventory at the time of your order.
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship most orders via USPS (larger items may ship with FedEx or UPS).
We do offer USPS Priority and Priority Express for an additional charge.
**International carriers may vary.**
What if USPS loses my package?
We will help you work with USPS, but we will not refund any “lost in the mail” order that shows as “delivered.”
Returns
Need to make a return, cancel an order or request a replacement? Submit a request.
If you don’t like your new holster, you may return it within 30 days, in “like new” condition, for a full refund, minus shipping.
All returns must be undamaged and must include all the original hardware.
Do you offer colors?
No. Henry Holsters gear is only available in black.
Should I put threadlock on the screws?
Yes. You should. Blue, not red. Lost hardware and belt loops are not covered under warranty. It’s your responsibility to maintain your gear in working order.
We now offer Vibra-Tite VC-3 for sale with your holster purchase. The 5ml tube should last through multiple holster adjustments and setups (only available with new holster purchases, not sold separately)
What if I want a holster for a gun that’s not listed on your website?
If it’s not listed on the website, then it’s not available for sale. We no longer schedule any appointments for in-person custom holsters but would be happy to make a referral to another maker who may be able to help you, depending on the details of what you’re looking for. Henry Holsters does not hold an FFL.
**DO NOT SHIP US YOUR FIREARM.**
Can I send in my light/laser/knife to have something custom made?
No. Henry Holsters is no longer doing custom work.
Do you offer any LEO/MIL discount?
We work hard to provide excellent gear at a fair price for all of our clients. To keep the ordering process as simple as possible, pricing is the same for everyone.
We do offer free shipping on most orders over $100 (lower 48) to get your gear to you fast and hassle-free.
Are Henry Holsters available wholesale?
Absolutely. If you’re interested in ordering a large quantity of gear, please send an email to sales@henryholsters.com.
Wholesale/Dealer orders are subject to approval and must meet requirements for Wholesale Order Minimum. Sign-up today to request access to the Dealer Portal.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. Most of our products are available for purchase outside the US but all prices and transactions are in USD ($US). Please be aware of your own country’s restrictions on conceal carry and tax and import fees.
If your country is not currently listed in our shipping tables, please contact us. We are working to increase our available shipping and would love to add you to our list. cs@henryholsters.com
Can you rush my order so I get my holster in time for my training class tomorrow?
No. We process orders in the order in which they are received. The only exception to this is warranty work, which gets bumped to the front of the line.
